Shruti Box Raga Mini

Raga Mini is our small model shruti box made for those who need a light instrument to carry around without compromising on quality. It is made of solid pine wood instead of the more commonly used teak wood; pine wood is lighter and therefore it is a better choice in order to have a light weight instrument. Pine being a soft wood, produces a slightly warmer tone compare to harder woods light teak. The sound offers a full bodied resonance and good dynamic range.

In our workshop we make the tuning and refinement of each instrument before it is shipped. This includes detailed inspection of the proper functioning of each part and improvement on the general performance. We tune every instrument to 440Hz, and on request we can make tuning at 432Hz or others. Please select the type of tuning and contact us if you want a special setup of the instrument

All the good are shipped from our warehouse in Vrindavan, India. Every instrument goes under inspection, testing and set-up by our professionals before getting sent ensuring in this way a perfectly playing instrument in its best condition. In order to do this we do need a bit of time to dedicate to the instrument. After an order is placed we do generally need about 3 working days to peacefully check and do the necessary work and only when we are fully satisfied we then dispatch the instrument to you.

For all international orders the transit time is about 3 to 6 working days.

All the shipments are ensured, if any unfortunate event like a damage happens you are fully covered and we'll take care to refund or excahnge the item for you.

When you buy an instrument from us, you can be sure that you will get an instrument properly tested and prepared, ready to play and use at its greatest potential. Rarely we do get return requests, few in a year, all our customers are satisfied for the quality of the product. 

Sound is subjective, we know that and we don't want anyone being stuck with an instrument which doesn't resonate with his/her hearth. For this reason we do offer to return a purchase without any condition. 

PROCESS TO RETURN 

You have 14 days time to tell us that you want to return your article. The days are starting from the day that you have received the parcel; in order to start the return request you have to contact us directly through any contact  method which you can find on the website. The instrument has to be sent in the same condition of when you got it, there shouldn't be any sign of usage. 

SHIPPING

The item has to be sent back in the same box with which it has arrived, or in a similar well protected box if the original one has been already thrown away.

The item has to be sent to one of our locations; apart from our base in India we do have partners in Italy, Germany, United Kingdom, Australia, United States. According to your preference and vicinity, the parcel can be sent to any of these locations. That will be agreed between the buyer on us and only after confirming the location with the address the item has to be sent back.

REFUNDS

You will get a full refund for the item returned. You will get the refund in the same payment method you have used to make the purchase.

If the item has arrived damaged, we will cover the return shipping expenses. If you want to return the item because of any reason other then a damage then buyer will have to cover the shipping costs for the return.
