We accept returns for manufacturing defects as well as change-of-mind requests.

Before placing an order, we strongly encourage customers to contact us using the phone numbers provided on our website. We are happy to guide you in choosing the most suitable instrument for your needs and help avoid unnecessary returns.

If you purchase without prior consultation and later decide that the product is not the right fit, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange, subject to our return conditions.

Products may be returned to one of our authorized distributors in Italy, the USA, or Australia, or directly to India. In all cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

For manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately upon receiving the product so we can arrange the appropriate resolution.
