Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING METHOD
All the good are shipped from our warehouse in Vrindavan, India. Every instrument goes under inspection, testing and set-up by our professionals before getting sent ensuring in this way a perfectly playing instrument in its best condition. In order to do this we do need a bit of time to dedicate to the instrument. After an order is placed we do generally need about 3 working days to peacefully check and do the necessary work and only when we are fully satisfied we then dispatch the instrument to you.
TRANSIT TIME
We do only use express mode shipment mode with Dhl-Fedex-Ups. The transit time for all international orders is 3 to 6 working days. If you have any preference about which courier to use please let us know.

The cost of the shipment will be calculated at the checkout; once you have put your product in the cart you will go to the checkout page and by selecting your country automatically the shipping costs will be added to the instrument price.

PACKAGING STANDARDS FOR ENVIRONMENT
At Raga, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional quality while upholding a deep respect for the environment. In alignment with this philosophy, we have reimagined our packaging approach by eliminating the use of foam and other plastic materials in the majority of our harmonium shipments.
Following rigorous testing and careful evaluation, we have successfully introduced high-quality cardboard-based protective solutions that ensure the safety of our instruments without compromising sustainability. We are proud to be among the first in the harmonium industry to implement this forward-thinking initiative.
It is our sincere aspiration that this step inspires a broader movement toward more responsible and environmentally conscious practices across the industry.
